Neural stem cell line established from embryonic 14.5 day mouse cerebrum by E7 oncogene of HPV type 16. Withdrawal of EGF induces apoptosis or differentiation to neurons, astrocytes, and oligodendrocytes. LIF induces differentiation into astrocytes.
